Customer Service Representative
Job Description
Essential duties include, managing incoming calls from customers while navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues. This process includes solving basic technical matters as well as tracking, routing, and redirecting advanced concerns to the proper source. Other duties are varied and include a variety of standard office functions and processes including billing and payment processing, as well as marketing and sales solutions for our customers.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have a high-school diploma or equivalent, some college or a college degree is preferred, as well as; a strong customer service background and 2 or more years of Customer Service experience. The ideal candidate should also have the following abilities. Communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and via computer, quickly assess information and make decisions, effectively multi-task and quickly navigate multiple systems, seek to create relationships with customers through product sales and support.
